NTA doesn't declared any thing about cutoff of JEDE main yet.
But according to experts of well recognised Institutions the cutoff of JEE main will be approximately 85 percentile or more.
However the cutoff can be differ according to number of students appearing in JEE main April.
JEE advance cutoff of 2019 can't be said at this time.but you can use the last year cutoff for reference.

The cuttoff for the JEE mains and JEE Advanced will vary year by the year by the conducting authority's and for the current year the cuttoff for the JEE mains session has not been declared so faar , which is going to be happen after the completion of the JEE mains April session as well the Analysis made by the experts who are having the percentile more than 95+ have the greater chances to clear the JEE mains Cuttoff range.

Cut off is not yet released for the jee mains and cut offs will depend upon the April exam also.
Because around 2.2 lakhs students will qualify for jee advanced so it will be approximately 85-90 percentile cut offs ( it may vary depending upon various conditions).
And for jee advanced we can not say anything right now because it will depend upon the difficulty level of exam ( if exam is hard cut off will be less and if exam is slightly easy and calculative cut off may be high.).

JEE Advanced cutoff 2019 for admissions into the participating IITs will be different as per the category, and same for the JEE Mains.
The admission eligibility requirements may be relaxed to 5.5 on a 10 point scale
