Nothing is declared for VITEEE 2018 cut off and it also varies year to year and campus to campus but to get rough idea you can consider previous year details -

VIT Vellore-

Electronics and Communication Engineering - 14500 (Closing Rank)

Civil - 35000

VIT Chennai -

Electronics and Communication Engineering - 25000

Civil - 40000

Also, they dont release marks in the result so it would be better if you get 100+ as this would be the safest score to ge admission in VIT campuses.
