The cut off formula is as follows: For a Candidate beonging to General Category to qualify in NEET, he/she should score atleast 50 percentile of the top NEET score. It is 40 percentile for OBC,SC,ST.This is the cut off formula that is applied. Now cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. In 2019, the general cut offs increased by 15 marks. But with availability of seats, the cut offs might decrease. The Health Ministry has announced that in 2020, 75 new Medical Colleges will come up which means the MBBS seats will be increased by 7500. But considering the fact that every year lakhs of students appear for NEET, the cut offs might see a change. To give you a glimpse of 2019 cut offs, we are giving you the cut offs for each Category:
General Category: 134-701
OBC,SC,ST:107-133
General Category-PWD: 120-133
