If you are asking about the cutoff of NEET UG entrance exam, see, candidates need to qualify the entrance exam first to be eligible for admissions to medical/ dental colleges. So, there is the qualifying cutoff and after qualifying for the exam, every college releases its own cutoff for admission.

Cutoff vary every year depending on various factors like the difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates appeared in the exam, category wise, etc.
