There is no cutoff marks for sikkim manipal medical college. All the students who qualified NEET are eligible to sit in the counselling to get seat in MBBS courses.
However last year rank up to 90k got seat here I.e marks above 410 to assure their seat.
This year 450+ marks can assure you seat in this college.
