The BSc Psychology Honours offered by CHRIST (Deemed to be University) with non core subjects like Artificial Intelligence and Bio-chemistry is designed to meet the increasing demand for Psychologists in the diverse professional fields.The course structure is designed to enable students to think critically and creatively and to investigate how human beings interact with the environment through the modalities of mind, body and behaviour. There is no cut off as such for the course. The basic eligibility for the B.Sc psychology (Hons.) programme is a pass with minimum 55% at the +2 level (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / NIOS / State Boards) in any stream (Humanities, Social Sciences, Commerce & Management, Sciences) from any recognised Board in India. The selection process consists of the following as under:-
1. Christ(Deemed to be University) entrance test
2. Skill Assessment (SA):- The skill assessment will consist of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.
3. Personal interview
4. Assessment of past performance in Class 10th, Class 11th/12th, during the personal interview. So, the final selection is based on performance in the above 4 domains.
