For a candidate of home state the cut off remains low while the candidates from other states have to pass higher cut off. so, For a non Maharashtra candidate it should be somewhere around 85%–90%. And for a Maharashtra candidate, it is around 75%. So Yes, a non Maharashtra Candidate with 85%–90% may get admission in Fergusson College
