Every year cut off of Delhi University changes,so we can't tell the exact percentage required to get admission.And as you have mentioned that you are from general category,you have to score above 95+% in your 12th class if you really want good colleges under Delhi University.There are many colleges under DU where you can get  admission at percentage below than 95,but it is not that good.So work for you boards hardly and try to score as much marks as you can to get admission in Delhi university.
