As we go through previous year's (2019) cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 502 for GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, NALGONDA  under state quota for General category and in 2020 we saw an increase of cut-offs and it was around 30-50 marks at institutional level so now if you are going to appear for NEET 2021 then you should try to score at least 550 marks out of 720 in NEET to secure MBBS seat in government medical college of Telangana under 85% state quota.
