Hello aspirant,
Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 400 marks to get an A category seat in a medical college in telangana.

For government medical colleges you need to score a minimum of 450 marks to be sure about getting admission.
Also the cutoffs for B category seats are quite low.
