Hello Sahith!
The cut-off for BDS in NEET 2018 was quite low for private colleges. Since you have not mentioned your state eligibility, I will be answering for both one by one.
The cut off for private BDS in Karnataka does not have an All India quota system, that means there is no 15% and 85% distribution among seats in the colleges. The number of seats are equally divided among management and state which means 50% seats to each. If state quota seats are not filled, the the seats shift to management which has an all India pool, this means that anyone from India or abroad can apply for these.
From NEET 2018, in the very first state counselling, the very last seat for BDS in Sri Jagadguru Murugharajendra Dental College & Hospital, Chitradurga college went to an individual with rank of 2,24,330 in the unreserved category. For different colleges, it was different. For UR category a few cut offs are given below to give you an idea,
In the second round of counselling, the cut-off went lower: The last seat went to 2,86,141 AIR for the college of Sri Jagadguru Murugharajendra Dental College & Hospital, Chitradurga.
