Hello student,

It's difficult to predict the exact cut-off, as it changes every year. It depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the highest NEET score , whether you belong to any category or not. Cutoff varies from state to state. It also varies from state quota seats to all india quota seats.

You haven't mentioned the state and the category you belong to. So it's difficult to predict. However, considering you as a general candidate you need to score around 520-550, to get admission in government Dental Colleges. This data is based upon Last year's cut-off.
