In the year 2018, UR category had cutoff around 402 marks equivalent to AIQ RANK of 75692 which went high as much as around 429 in 2019 due to increased number of candidates and also the paper level was called easy comparatively. For 3b (rural category),  cutoff was around 321 marks in 2018 and around 337 in 2019. The numbers might not be exact. But you can target above 350/400 to ensure your seat in Mandya Institute of Medical Science.
