You haven't mentioned whether this is about All India Counselling or State Counselling. Also you haven't mentioned your Category. This is important because PWD reservation is not a vertical reservation. It is a horizontal reservation within the Category you belong to. For example, if you belong to General Category and have PWD reservation, then you will be considered under General Category- PWD. For EWS, it is EWS-PWD, for OBC it is OBC-PWD, for SC it is SC-PWD and ST it is ST-PWD. Now there are 2 cut offs for NEET. One is the qualifying cut off which is the bare minimum that you require to qualify for the Counselling process. And the General Qualifying cut offs for 2020 have been as follows:
General Category/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
General Category/EWS-PWD: 146-129
But for admission to MBBS, it depends on the Category you belong to and also the State that you hold the eligibility or the domicile of. Every Medical College has its own cut off for each and every Caegory.
