Actually the cut off marks is varries year after year as per the students enrolled in the examination and the quality of the question.
But if you see the last 5 years cut off then you have the idea that for the sc category minimum of 5 is required as each subject aggregate and 17.5 is required for the total average aggregate.
Various Iits provides various cut offs but the minimum percentage is near between the previous numbers.

I will mention the last years qualifying cutoff marks of JEE ADVANCED-
Minimum % of Marks in Each Subject- 5
Minimum % of Aggregate Marks- 17.5
But, these cutoff marks keep changing every year based on the difficulty of the question paper, no of candidates appearing for the exam, performance of the students etc.

AS per the expected cutoff result declared anlaysing the jee mains result for this year it is about 54.01. But the official cutoff for the jee mains have not been released yet by the nta which will be released after the next session of the jee mains. you can refer the following link given below to know more about the jee mains expected cutoffs.
