Hello Ashish,
The authorities first release the Qualifying cutoff category wise. Qualified candidates are eligible for admission to engineering colleges (NITs/IIITs/GFTIs) then there is separate cutoff for admission to every college.
JEE Main cutoff vary according to the category, state, branch.

Hello,

NTA will release the JEE Main 2019 qualifying cutoff along with the result in the first week of February.
