According, to last year cut off you need to score 81 marks in JEE Main in general category to get qualified for JEE Advanced.
Cut off can be vary this year as it depends on many factors like number of students appeared, difficulty level of the exam and previous year trends.

To take admission in NITs you should try to score more then 130 marks in your JEE Main in general category other state quota.
Cut off marks varies as per the branches as well.
To take admission in top branches like CSE in top NITs you should score more then 230 marks in your exam.
