As per this year's cutoff in Mechanical Engineering at IIEST Shibpur, the closing rank for a General Candidate under OPEN seat was 24308 for Other State Students. You can check the same in the official site of JoSAA.

I would like to inform you that the cutoff for Mechanical Engineering in IIEST Shibpur in the year 2018 was around 15800 for general category, 6000 for obc , 3700 for sc and 1700 for st. The cutoff for the year 2019 is expected to be near about same as previous year.
