Cutoffs for ECET exam for civil engineering depends upon many other factors like category , gender ,and socio econkmic groups.

Also , the cutoffs are different for different colleges. Some colleges may accept a student having a rank in lakhs while some may not even accept a student having rank above 1k. So , it all depends upon college.

To get a seat in the top colleges , your rank must be under 4k  .
