Greetings Aspirant,

I hope you're doing well, So as pee your query

would like to tell you that the only difference is that is in the course duration. B.Sc. Is generally a 3 years course whereas B. Des is a 4 years course. B.Des product designing is more reputed and prosperous than Bsc product designing. By doing BSc in product designing you can settle abroad by working for company other than this there are alot of field where you can get the job like advertising director, graphic designer, product designer, product tester,etc.

I hope this might help you in choosing both of them.

Best of luck !!

Hello Aspirant.

Hope you are doing well.

BSC Product Designing involves developing a design from initial concept to a commercially feasible solution worthy of commercial production. It is a 3-year course that is spread over six semesters. The course constitutes the study of the specialized fields in the area of fashion design such as ornaments and accessory design, garment design, footwear design, interior design and leather design etc. BSc Fashion Design includes the study of creating designs.

BDES Product Designing involves the Bachelor of Design in Product Design prepares students for a career in the global product design industry. Students can learn how to tackle complex problem solving, explore creative solutions, and develop realistic outcomes required in different fields.

Basically, B.DES is the study of creating an original design which involves converting artistic talent and creativity to designing the empty spaces with the choices and decoration of walls. B.SC is the undergraduate course. Fashion that says BSC (Bachelor of Science) would go for BSC in Fashion Design and the people who find B.Design more fascinating on their resumes would go for B.Design (B.DES per se, bit justifying the subject “Fashion” here) but, both titles serves equal knowledge to the subject matter.

SCOPE OF BSC PRODUCT DESIGNING ARE AS FOLLOWS;

A scope of BSc product designing is focused on everyday items for various settings, including homes, offices, and cars. BSc product designing is a good course for you to pursue if you want to make your home more comfortable.

  • Junior Designer

  • Apparel Designer

  • Textile Designer

  • Fashion Stylist

  • Fashion Journalist, etc.

GOOD LUCK, STAY MOTIVATED AND HOPE THIS HELPS.

Thankyou.
