Information Systems mostly deals with the application of teachnology, people and processes with information. Information Technology mostly deals with implementation of data within the information systems. In simple terms information technology gives the knowledge about the subject whereas the information systems is Information Technology's application. Both the courses have lot of scope and demand. Therefore choose based on your interest.
