Amrutha, This time, NEET admit card is a 3 page downloadable pdf. The firsr page is the Admit card which has your personal details, exam centre details and the self declaration form. The 2nd and 3rd pages are Advisory from NTA and precautions like Dos ans Donts. Now the Admit card is the pass to allow you to appear for the examination. Once you download and take a print out, you need to affix a photograph on the bottom of the Admit card. Also ensure the details mentioned in the admit card are correct. Now the undertaking is the Self declaration form that every Candidate has to fill in and sign in front of the Invigilator on the day of the examination. By signing this declaration, you are stating that you do not have Covid Symptoms nor have you been tested positive. It also states that you havent been in contact with anyone whom you have known to have the symptoms. So this is also important to take along with your Admit Card. To give you an answer in just one line, your admit card is your hall ticket and your undertaking is the self declaration form.
