Starting of by answering your first query, AI simply stands for Artificial Intelligence. To explain it better, everything that is digital around you and in any way makes your life easier, is AI based. Algorithm based function performing codes to do specific tasks use Artificial Intelligence.

ML stands for Machine Learning and is basically the study of the workings of a machine in the simplest terms and the basic difference between these two would be the nature of their tangibility.

Data Science is the study of heavy codes that are part of much bigger algorithms that help in performing various complex functions and run multiple programs at once.

As for which one is better among these three completely depends on what interests you and catches your eye.
