All India rank is the Rank you scored among all the students appearing for the neet examination within India . It gives you a chances to apply for 15% all India quota seats that are reserved in govt colleges for Candidates belonging to other states within India . Whereas state rank is the rank you scored among the students of your state. It gives you a chance to get a seat in 85% state quota seats reserved for the candidates of that particular state.
