Hello aspirant, any of these 3 entrance tests- SITEEE, JEE, MHT- CET should be cleared by the candidate to get admission into Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune.
SITEEE 2019 ( Symbiosis Institute of Technology Entrance Examination)
This test is conducted by SIT, Pune to invite admissions into the undergraduate courses like B.Tech.
It is a multiple choice examination, with 100 questions summing up to 200 marks. This test has no provision of negative marking.
The online application forms has been released from January 24, 2019. And the last date for submission is April 15, 2019.
The admit cards for the same will be released on April 20, 2019.
The final entrance examination SITEEE 2019 will be conducted on May 4, 2019.

MHT CET 2019 ( Maharashtra Common Entrance Test)
It's a state level entrance test for admissions to various B.Tech programmes offered by the participating Institutes. It is an online Computer based test.
The online application forms were released from January 1, 2019 and the last date for submission of the forms along with late fee ₹500 is March 31, 2019.
Admit card for this exam will be issued from April 25, 2019- May 2, 2019.
And the examination MHT CET 2019 will be conducted on May 2 to 13, 2019.

JEE 2019 (Joint Entrance Test)
It is a national level entrance examination conducted to get admission into undergraduate engineering courses. There are 31 NITs, 23 IIITs, and 23 CFTIs participating in the examination.
The score of JEE is also used by many states and institutions for admissions.
According to the new changes in JEE Main 2019 you can appear for this entrance test twice a year.
But for this paper all the applications have closed, so you cannot apply now.
