what is the difference between autonomous and nonautonomous colleges?

Hello. Autonomous colleges are self accessed,  own rules, and internal evaluation. So better chances of scoring good Mark's and percentage. It has great research and better teaching facilities.  And good ranking.

Whereas, non autonomous are mostly private colleges. They are accredited with universities and doesn't have internal evaluation thoroughly. Its rules and exams are governed by government and state university.

You can get good ranking and better qualified teaching facilities in autonomous colleges.

the main difference between both are in autonomous they will decided there own timetable and conduct there exam in there campus only but non autonomous it is affiliated to some other university and follows there instructions and go to below links for more information , you can also predict your colleges and branches as per your rank
