Autonomous medical colleges are not under any state government control they are self independent colleges. They are conducting any examination for their own schedule. Ofcourse the fee's amount also high. And infrastructure very good than government medical College. And you don't need very good score for admission of autonomous college, ofcourse you need a good score and good merit but not that much higher which is required for government medical Colleges.

Now come to the government medical Colleges. This is under control the state government. And fee's amount is very low but infrastructure is not that much good. And you have to higher score to secure your seat ij government medical Colleges.

And yes there are present two years bond for rural service after completing MBBS in UP. If you don't want to this bond then you have to pay for some amount to skip the bond.
