School of Journalism and Film Production, LPU, is a leading teacher education institution in northern India. The school offers courses from journalism, TV and film industries from Bachelors to doctorate level. The courses are recognised by UGC. BA and B.Sc in journalism and mass communication are more or less the same course. They are named differently because of affliation to different universities and their consideration of the subject as a part of either arts or science.
