Hi Tanisha,

Differences - Both the courses are closely similar with little difference. The major difference between the course are, BA LLB course covers arts subjects with law while BBA LLB course covers management and business subjects with law. In BA LLB, an individual can specialized in fields of accounting, taxation, etc. whereas in BBA LLB, the individual get specialized in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions.

Which one is better? - Choosing a career option between the two programs depends on the area of interest of student. If he/she wants to practice law oneself then BA LLB is a good option. But if one wants to work with management and business field, then BBA LLB is a good option.

In India, so many colleges provide BA LLB and BBA LLB courses,

National Academy of Legal Studies and Research University, Hyderabad

Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

National Law School of India University, Bangalore

Symbiosis Law School, Noida

Indian Law Institute, New Delhi
