If we talk in Indian colleges point of views, then there is not lot more difference in these two stream of aerospace engineering.
But there are few differences that can be observed in BE and B.tech. BE is more of a theoretical study, which helps in development of tools and gadgets in the the field of science and technology, whereas, in B.tech, things are more practical and skilled based. B.Tech also goes much beyond just the fundamental study of the concerned subject. But in India, you will find very slight difference in these two streams, you can opt for any depending upon the reputation and functionalities of colleges.
