What is the difference between B.E and B.Tech
Hey!
There is not much difference between B.E. and B.Tech. courses. Both are graduation courses after 10+2 or equivalent.
The basic difference between the two degrees is that B.E. is is a knowledge based course where theoretical concepts are more emphasized and B.Tech. is an experimental degree with more practicals.
Hope this answer helps!
Hello Lakshmi
There is almost no difference if you consider the longevity, i.e job prospects, further Studies and all. It depends upon Institutes to Institutes. A proper Engineering College or University will provide you the Btech Degree while a college having all the Normal Courses with Engineering will provide you BE.
B.E. is considered as knowledge-oriented course.
B. Tech is considered as skill-oriented course.
In BE More emphasis is laid on theory and focuses on strong fundamentals.
In Btech More emphasis is laid on practical applications rather than theoretical aspects.
Dear Aspirant,
There is no difference other then the name of these two courses. The curriculum, job opportunities, placements, course structure, etc are all same. There are few minor changes in some colleges' curriculum but that is almost negligible.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
