What is the difference between B.E. and B.Tech.
HI seema koul,
B.E -bachelor of engineering is 4 years/5 years(b.arch) engineering stream course.it will be mostly based of the theoretical knowledge only,it is data oriented.
B.Tech-bachelor of technology,it is skill oriented graduation degree program.it will be based on practical knowledge.
there are many engineering entrance exams are available to get admission in both degrees.to know all the engineering collges and their required entrance exams for admission,

B.E. stands for Bachelor in Engineering while B.Tech stands for Bachelor in Technology . B.E. is data oriented while B.Tech is skill-oriented . In both the courses , you will learn engineering but the difference is that B.E. concentrates on theoretical knowledge of various engineering disciplines while B.Tech focuses on technical education of engineering .
