Hello,

The major difference of btech and Bsc courses are

  • BSc is the study of sciences, BSc is about knowing and learning science theoretically more
  • BTech is the study of technology, BTech is more practical based on creative designing
  • BTech is a professional degree in engineering
  • BSc is a 3 year course , Btech is 4 year course and more practical oriented
  • Bsc courses are by and large exploration related and doesnt prepare you for  industries ,anyway B tech makes you industry prepared and shows you according to the engineeering points of view of information.

These are the major difference of Btech and Bsc coureses irrespective of subject /branch / colleges

Hope this helps you

Best wishes for your future

Hello,

  • Btech stands for 'Bachelor of Technology' whereas Bsc stands for 'Bachelor of Science'.
  • Btech is the technical qualification in the field of professional technology but Bsc is the field which is basically a qualification in the field of science.
  • Btech stands equally with industrial visits and internships but these things are not compulsary for the Bsc students.
  • Institutes of national imoportance like IIT's,NIT's..etc offer BTech courses since the courses they offer are purely related to engineering.

Admission:

  • For admission in BTech courses in any college,it is mandatory for the students to pass their intermediate (10+2) with science subject such as phy, chem, math. For admission in IIT's its necessary to qualify the JEE entrance for admission into various courses in IIT's
  • And for BBA,the students are free since there is no restriction for any branch (like commerece or science)
  • Any student can go for a BBA,since the person going for an BBA is likely to complete his/her graduation,so he/she will be called a graduate.

Job Opportunities :

  • This is inform you that job opportunities in B.Tech are much more than in BBA.
  • And of course btech is a 4 year course whereas bba will be completed in 3 years only.
  • Sometimes it becomes difficult for the students to get a decent job after 4 years of engineering.
  • But the case with bba is that the student can get a job more easily than in btech.
  • But the btech graduates earn much more than those.

So according to your interest, choose whatever suits you.

Never choose your career based on someone else's advise.

Thank You!

All the Best!

Dear Aspirant,

B.Tech is a four year engineering graduate program, which is divided in 8 semesters B.Tech stands for Bachelor in Technology. Each semester completed in 6 months. In B.Tech, it's not easy to get right placement in the right company.

Whether BSc stands for Bachelor of Science, is a 3 year undergraduate level course divided into 3 years. After a year completion exams organize. This course is simple and well designed for those students who are not interested in B.Tech. After 12th pass. You can fll NDA Application Form and get job in Indian Airforce, Navy and Army through NDA. Otherwise you can apply for B.Tech or BSc.

Hope I have made myself clear.

Thank You
