Although in both the cases the nurses perform same duties but the major differences are-

1)military nurses have educational opportunities as paid tutions are available for advance degree

2)military nurses have to deal with severe cases that results from land mining and bomb explosion

3) military nurses receive stipend during training period

4)military nurses will offered ranks such as major general, colonel etc
