What is the difference between B.Tech complete from UGC college or college affiliated by AICTUE?

Dear candidate......
Well the college affiliated to AICTUE or the UGC colleges not only offer B.Tech undergraduate courses but also offer postgraduate m.tech and m.phill courses. Also there are options for basic science like b.sc or m.sc.
