Hello aspirant,
There is no major difference between the two professional degree courses as both of them are software degrees. But a student studying BTech in CS will have purely software knowledge with no required hardware understanding, while a student persuing BTech in CSE will have knowledge about softwares and how they are made and work as well as little bit knowledge of hardware and solutions. Both of the courses overall has the same demand in the present industry scenario so students can persue anyone which they want.
Hope this helps,
All the Best!!
