Let it clear first that Artificial Intelligence is a part of Computer Science. Also AI is a subset of Computer Science. The theories and practices of computer science are always used for developing Artificial Intelligence Systems.

The key differences between Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence are:

1) CS is generic and wide concept whereas AI is an implementation.

2) AI is one of many fields in Computer Science.

3) AI is discipline belonging to CS.

Both CS and AI have scopes in market today. But AI is the future and it would have more scope in coming days.

There are very few colleges/university in India which provides CS with AI. But yes branches are good at Amrita University.

Hey Vishal, As you asked about Computer Science and Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence. Both are equally same and both have very good scope. The actual main branch is Computer Science only but some colleges add some special name like Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science with Some Other Special Course so as to make the people and students attractive so that they can take very good students. So they add some special names to it and both are some but with very very little difference. Like in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence they will reduce one topic of Computer Science and will teach you basics of Artificial Intelligence. In more than 95% of the colleges you will find that both are same and just their names are different and it is like a person with two names. With whatsoever name you will call the person will be same and even if you will go to college then they will say that they will teach Artificial Intelligence too but they will teach very basic portion.

So it's up to you now what you think is best for you.
