AI and ML refers to machine learning and artificial intelligence .
In CSE branch you will create machines based on this , learn new languages and then work on them .
But in CST which is a technical experts you are required to look at technical difficulty or errors in programme.
CSE students are usually hired by companies which create a software or apps which are limited . whereas technicians are hired by every major computer based company .
