What is the difference between deemed university and private medical college w.r.to education and placements?

Deemed universities autonomous and are not controlled by any governing body. Such University is only e one college and not many colleges as found under other universities. They have the flexibility of deciding their own curriculum and usually e have the most recent and updated syllabus for the students. Private medical colleges follow the the portion or guidelines set by the the MCI that is the Medical Council of India. Private medical colleges are mostly not autonomous. In terms of placements it is difficult to compare the the colleges because a good private medical college will give you equal opportunities as compared to a deemed university.
