The basic difference between a diploma and Bachelor's degrees is that diploma is a very subject centic study while Bachelor'ss degrees cover a broader spectrum and are offered by Universties and Colleges. Generally, a bachelor's degree is valued more than a diploma and a bachelor's degree holder has higher chances of gettinng a good pay job. A degree holder is always  preferred than a diploma holder of the same field.

I hope this helps.

. Bachelor’s degree in engineering is the basic and the first step to getting started as an engineer. It is important to decide beforehand whether you want to pursue a degree in aeronautical engineering or aerospace. While Aeronautical engineers design and engineer aircraft like aeroplane and helicopter, aerospace engineers design and engineer spacecraft like satellites and drones. Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is one of the popular undergraduate engineering courses in the aviation industry. As a fresher, you may earn anywhere between 20,000 to 50,000. Of course, your proficiency in the subject, experience, and many other factors influences the number on your paycheck. On the other hand, management plays a vital role in the aviation industry. To get into management, one needs to complete a bachelor’s degree in management or business administration. BBA in Aviation and Airport management is a three years undergraduate course. Alongside generic management subjects, the course covers management subjects specific to the aviation industry. Similarly, MBA in Aviation and Airport management is a two years postgraduate degree programme concerning with management subjects specific to the aviation industry. As a fresher, a manager’s salary starts with a few 10’s of thousands and with the experience he may earn few lakhs per month. If you to know more about this field, you can visit: https://campushunt.in/blog/best-bba-aviation-airport-management-colleges-bangalore/ThanksAnkita
