What is the difference between dual degree and normal degree of aerospace engineering in IIT Madras?

Dual Degree Programmes are Offered Both B Tech and M Tech Degree in the Duration of Five years, The first three Years will be as Usual like other B Tech students in terms of vacation and Internship opportunities But will be given some extra subjects but last Two years will be more like M tech students and You will not be given vacation just like B Tech students and You will be Doing more work like M Tech students, Spending more time in the labs.

generally BTech is preferred because for your degree you need to spend 5 years as well as it may happen that in future you lost interest in your department so if you choose dual degree then you are forced to do Mtech but BTech provide you more flexibility is Mtech is a more specialisation in that code so you are bound to to do that course only but BTech students are versatile their choose fields outside their branches and most of them do good in other fields as well
