Hello Nitul Langthasa

Food is a basic and foundational part of our lives. By eating the right foods, reducing our intake of fat and sugar, and exercising portion control, we can also maintain a healthy body weight and avoid chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.

Health is the state of being free from illness or injury.

Hope it helps you.

Hello there!

Greetings!

Food is any nutritious substance that we humans or animals eat or drink or that plants absorb in order to maintain life and growth whereas health is the state of being free from illness or injury , it can be defined as physical, mental, and social wellbeing, and as a resource for living a full life. It refers not only to the absence of disease, but the ability to recover and bounce back from illness and other problems. Nutritious food like green vegetables , fruits etc are  necessary for good health.

Thankyou
