I hope you are doing well, As the name suggests, in EEE one has to study electrical engineering as well as electronics while in ECE one deals with electronics and some part of communication engineering. In core companies, demand of EEE is more in comparison to ECE. Whereas ECE students can apply for IT companies as well. ECE can get govt jobs with high probability than EEE. Placements for both ECE and EEE are good, as there are many companies recruiting for both the domains. So it totally depends on your interest as both branch has its own benefits.
