MBA programs in Canada are generally divided in two parts - where 2 year programs from universities, and 1-year program from colleges. And one important thing to note is that the Canadian universities require a work experience of minimum 3 years.
On the other hand colleges in India not necessarily need a candidate to have work experience and one can pursue MBA straight after graduation.
If you have work experience then you can do MBA in Canada but in my opinion you should prepare well for CAT and get admission in IIM (A,B,C) and that will be the best option.
