Hello pranaya,

First i am going to tell you the analysis of JEE Advanced 2018:

  • A ccording to the students, Mathematics was easy and scoring, Physics was of moderate level and Chemistry was the difficult one in paper-1 of JEE Advanced 2018.
  • In JEE Advanced paper-2, students found Mathematics was tough and lengthy as compared to Physics and Chemistry.
  • Paper-1 was less calculative as compared to paper-2.
  • The overall difficulty level of both the papers of JEE Advanced 2018 was moderate.
  • According to some students, paper-2 was more difficult than paper-1.
  • The candidates had to round off their answers up to two decimal places in Section B (Integer type questions) of both the papers. The students faced difficulty to answer these types of questions as they were newly introduced in JEE Advanced 2018.
  • In Section C (Matching Type Questions), there were only two columns.
  • The total marks of the paper were also reduced to 180 from 183

Pattern of JEE Advanced 2019:

  • S ection-1 contains 4 multiple choice questions where each question is provided with four options to choose from.
  • Section-2 contains 8 multiple choice questions. One or more of the options provided for each question will be correct.
  • Section-3 has 6 questions and the answer to each question will be numerical.

Hi Bomanna

There is nothing very drastic change regarding the question papers .

Every year the questions are bit changed, the tricky questions are inserted and few easy questions are given for ease.

So, there isn't much difference.
