what is the difference between karnataka neet pg government seat in private college and private seat in private college?

The government seat in a private college is funded by the government so the fees is lower fees compared to private seats. As the fees is less the cutoff is higher and these seats are more difficult to get. The government seat in private college is a higher fee and the cutoff is much lower and it is easier to get.
Another difference is that only Karnataka domicile students can apply for government seats in private colleges but other state students can apply for private seats in private colleges though some of these seats are also reserved for Karnataka domicile students.
