what is the difference between m pharm pharmacology and m pharm pharmacy practice...does pharmacologists work as clinical pharmacists like pharmacy practice graduates
Hi,
M.Pharm pharmcology is a 2 year PG course whose minimum criteria is only completion of graduation from B.Pharm.
After completing M.Pharm pharmcology, you would be offered with job roles such as Pharmacologist, Analytical Chemist, Biomedical Scientist, Clinical Research Associate etc.
It mainly focuses on Pharmacodynamics and Pharmacokinetics.
M.Pharm pharmacy is basically focuses on drugs, testing, production and utilizing them efficiently.
The job roles you would be offered are Research Associate, Quality Assurance Executive, Production Executive, Drug Regulatory Affairs Executive, Medical Coder etc.
M.Pharm pharmcology and M.Pharm pharmacy are two of the many branches of course available out of many courses such as such as Pharmaceutics, Quality Assurance, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, and many more.
I hope it helps.
Thank you!
