Hello ajai
ME stands for Master of Engineering
M.E- Master of Engineering, M.Tech-Master of Technology. The key difference between these two degrees is in terms of their practical impact, course material, and orientation. But there is no difference in terms of value in fact the knowledge you gathered matters.
while MTech stands for Master of Technology.
Being master of technology, M. tech is considered as a professional course. The course is a 2 year course with specialized course in engineering or technology. A valid GATE or graduate aptitude test is required to get into M.
M.Tech The program is basically designed to equip students with the basic practical skills with sufficient theory to develop in them the power of systematic thinking and reasoning, practical approach and exposition and also to understand the principles involved in the application.
Hope that's helpful
Best of luck
