The first major difference is that MSRIT will give you a degree in BE while MSRUAS gives you a degree in B Tech. (talking about engineering)
Secondly MSRIT is only all about engineering while MSRUAS has many other courses like hotel management, pharmacy etc along with engineering and all these have their own buildings and faculty.
