Syllabus is same for both the exams only exam pattern is different and AIIMS is of advanced level. Study at least 6 to 8 hrs. Both the entrances are the most competitive UG medical exams in India. So, you will have to work hard and focus on your goal.
More work on your weaker sections or topics.Clear your basics of PCB. NCERT books are a good option for clearing basic concept.
Know the syllabus & pattern before preparing for entrance because it will help you to understand question paper pattern, type of questions. Practice mock test, sample papers, previous years papers on regular basis.
